Mentoring Resources
Mentoring has always been a core part of our organizational fabric and makeup. We believe it is important to empower those with disabilities to take ownership of their mentoring process and find mentors who work best for them. To help this process, we have put together a Mentoring 101 “Tool Kit” complete with a Mentoring Training Guide, How to choose a Mentor and a Mentor Goal Setting Sheet. Moving forward, we are also considering adopting the mentoring program to be more of a work-based model around job shadowing, on-the-job training and job coaching.
